The replacement of the Chemin de Brill Bridge in West Bolton has breathed new life into a piece of infrastructure that had reached the end of its useful life. Following the complete demolition of the existing structure, a new bridge was built to meet the current requirements of the Quebec Ministry of Transport and to provide a safe and sustainable connection for users in the Brome-Missisquoi region.
The new two-span structure rests on precast prestressed concrete beams, a reinforced concrete slab, and foundations consisting of steel tubular piles and caisson piles. Its construction required meticulous planning to maintain traffic flow on Highway 10 and to effectively coordinate the various phases of the project.

The project replaced aging infrastructure with a bridge designed to meet both current and future needs. The structure provides users with a safe and sustainable crossing while integrating seamlessly into the existing road network.
