The project involved constructing the new facility for IronBull Strength, a manufacturer of training equipment. The building brings the company's production areas, warehouse, and offices under one roof, along with an accessible terrace. It is a new environment designed to consolidate IronBull Strength's various operations and support the company's growth.

The challenge

The schedule required anticipating several key construction milestones. Specifically, excavation and backfilling had to begin by the end of February to allow for formwork in March. Later in the project, the delivery of the factory and warehouse also had to be coordinated with the arrival of equipment, the availability of electricity, and the progress of exterior landscaping.

Our approach

The teams relied on proactive planning and a dynamic schedule, reviewed weekly with subcontractors based on actual site progress. This coordination made it possible to anticipate needs, minimize overlapping work, and prepare the necessary infrastructure at the right time, particularly for receiving storage systems and installing paint booths.

Results

This upfront planning helped maintain the pace of construction and made spaces available according to IronBull Strength's operational needs. As a result, the company was able to proceed with equipment installation as planned and take possession of a building tailored to its operations, ready to support its continued development.
