Bringing the Wendy's experience to life down to the smallest detail. In Rock Forest, the complete restaurant fit-out created an environment tailored to both the customer journey and the pace of operations. From the dining room to the kitchens, including the reception area and restrooms, every zone was executed in compliance with the brand's standards.

The challenge

With construction starting in January and an opening scheduled for the end of March, every week counted. Added to this tight schedule was a new logistical reality: several Wendy's-specific suppliers were based in the United States, which required coordinating procurement, deliveries, and certain technical adjustments that were less familiar to the teams.

Our approach

The race against the clock began even before the official start of construction. The slab-on-grade work and under-slab utilities were anticipated as early as December, and an evolving schedule was tracked weekly with subcontractors to adjust the next steps based on actual progress. New partnerships were also established with Wendy's suppliers to coordinate purchasing and deliveries with the needs of the job site.

Results

A few months later, the new Wendy's in Rock Forest was ready to welcome its first customers. Anticipating the work and coordinating the various partners made it possible to meet the deadline while delivering a functional restaurant that is true to the brand's standards.
